A Minority Women-Owned Digital Transformation Partner

Devsources is a minority women-owned small business and a trusted digital transformation partner for federal agencies and private-sector organizations — delivering cloud engineering, cybersecurity, application development, data engineering, and AI/ML.

We built the firm around a specific observation: the organizations with the most at stake are the ones most often asked to manage the most vendors. We exist to be the alternative to that.

Built For Environments Where The Details Matter

Most technology consultancies pick a lane and stay in it. That's a rational business decision — depth is easier to sell than breadth, and specialization is easier to staff. It also quietly transfers the hardest problem to the client: integrating four vendors, absorbing the schedule risk at every seam, and owning the outcome that no single specialist is accountable for. Devsources was built the other way around. We cover cloud engineering, cybersecurity, application development, data engineering, and AI/ML — plus Oracle EPM Cloud, an area most technology firms never touch — so a modernization roadmap can run on one accountable team instead of a coordination exercise.

The discipline behind that came from where we've worked. Delivering inside federal environments teaches you that security posture, compliance reporting, and audit trails aren't a phase near the end of a project. They're the constraints the architecture is built around from day one. We brought that standard with us into every engagement, commercial ones included.

Who we serve

Federal agencies operating under strict security mandates. Finance and planning functions whose numbers drive board-level decisions. Regulated and commercial enterprises answering to auditors, regulators, and enterprise customers. Different procurement processes, same underlying condition — getting it wrong carries real consequences.

What being a small business means here

Devsources is a minority women-owned small business. In federal contracting that designation carries practical weight, and it's a genuine part of how we work with agency partners. But it isn't the argument for hiring us — the delivery record is. The designation is what makes us accessible on certain vehicles; the work is what makes us worth bringing back.

Why Clients Choose Devsources

Federal-grade delivery

Trusted Where the Stakes Are Highest

Direct contract experience with the World Bank, CBP, ICE, and DOW. An enterprise partnership with HCL Tech extends that reach further.

Full-stack breadth

One Partner, Every Layer of the Stack

AI/ML, data engineering, Oracle EPM Cloud, cloud infrastructure, and custom development — the full spectrum under one roof.

Enterprise finance fluency

Beyond IT infrastructure

Oracle EPM Cloud experience is a niche, harder-to-find skill than typical cloud or dev work, real comfort with enterprise finance, not just infrastructure.

Ready from day one

Teams that already know the terrain

Experience across CBP/ICE/DOW-style agencies lets our teams ramp fast — no delay adjusting to federal clearances or reporting requirements.

Where We've Delivered

Federal and multilateral institutions don't hand out contracts to firms that are still learning the rules. Delivering for the World Bank, CBP, ICE, and DOW meant meeting security and process requirements that most commercial projects never encounter — and meeting them repeatedly, under review.

That record matters for two reasons. The obvious one: agencies can see we've operated inside their world before, so onboarding a Devsources team doesn't start with an education phase. The less obvious one is what it did to our defaults.

The standard carries over

When your baseline assumption is that every architectural decision will be audited, you build differently. Documentation isn't a deliverable at the end. Data lineage isn't a nice-to-have. Access control isn't something to sort out before go-live. Commercial clients get those defaults automatically — which tends to make their next security review or enterprise customer questionnaire considerably less eventful.

Our partnership with HCL Tech

Our enterprise partnership with HCL Tech extends what we can bring to a program — pairing our delivery model and federal fluency with the reach of a global technology organization when an engagement calls for that scale.
